Stock items are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. For pieces marked as 'Made to Order', please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery, as these are handcrafted in our London studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide via secure courier services. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all standard items, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition. Please note that bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are non-refundable.

Are your materials ethically sourced?
Sustainability is at the heart of Stephen Webster. We are a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council and use recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones, including Fairtrade Gold where specified.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every Stephen Webster piece comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
