Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original Stephen Webster presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers have inspected the piece to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
